In Digital Financial Services, the team is dedicated to providing customers with financial solutions through the M-KOPA App and across key markets. This includes:
- Collaborating with data scientists to implement real-time eligibility decisioning for financial services.
- Ensuring seamless and secure user authentication across the suite of apps.
- Direct customer interactions through the native Android app, SMS, and USSD services.
Founded in 2011, M-KOPA is a fintech platform that provides digital financial services to underbanked consumers by leveraging data to combine digital micropayments with the Internet of Things [IoT] technology.
