At Limepay they are looking for a self-motivated Partnership Manager to join their multinational team. The main objective is to manage an existing portfolio of providers in the local markets and will pro-actively onboard new providers to maintain a healthy and profitable pipeline. The ideal candidate is tenacious, professional, and accountable. They are looking for a caring individual, with a disruptive attitude who is willing to closely collaborate with all internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with our existing providers, reviewing and negotiating their agreements. You will be the first point of contact for the Providers.

• Ensure that the Providers have the best and most recent integration and solutions offered by Limepay.

• Build a sales pipeline for Limepay’s payment solutions and proactively onboard new providers in the iGaming, Forex and Crypto verticals

• Create and periodically review your yearly portfolio expansion strategy, outlining the goals, plans and timelines for each provider.

• Plan and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with your prof and internal stakeholders, consistently monitoring the goals set

• Managing and coordinating efficient onboarding processes with the Sales & Account Management, owning the entire lifecycle

• Create a strategy with the VPs of Sales & Account Management, outlining the goals for this business unit and how it can successfully contribute and compliment the commercial team

• Ensure that Partners receive their monthly commission together with any reconciliation reports that need to be sent each month.

• Active monitoring of the cost efficiency and overall performance of the Providers

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Sales/Business Development experience, preferably within the Fintech, iGaming / Forex / Crypto sector

• Previous experience in APAC markets

• Highly customer-focused, experienced in managing strategic accounts and growing an existing business portfolio

• Fluent in English with strong presentation and communication skills

• Strong negotiation skills and commercial confidence

• Team player who can effectively coordinate with stakeholders across the organisation in an international and multicultural environment

• Highly analytical approach: ability to identify/prioritise initiatives with the highest impact

• Critical thinking mind-set capable to plan and execute autonomously

• Positive, can-do attitude, focused on execution and results.

• Growth mind-set open to seek and receive feedback and willing to continuously improve as a person and professional

• Strong problem-solving skills. Able to view problems from the other’s perspective, and the drive to resolve them.

• Tenacious and ambitious individual who is willing to roll-up his/her sleeves and do what it takes to achieve goals

• Willingness to work under pressure in a dynamic environment subject to frequent and rapid changes

• Available to travel to conferences, industry/team events and to visit providers
