- Minimum of BSc in business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Over 5 years of experience in strategic or operational roles, preferably within the FinTech or financial sectors, and a proven track record in a startup or dynamic business setting.
- Exceptional ability to adapt to rapid changes, with a resilient and proactive mindset suited for the startup environment.
- Robust analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, complemented by a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience leading diverse teams and managing multiple priorities.
- Deep understanding of digital technologies and the Nigerian FinTech ecosystem.
