Responsibilities
  • Spearhead strategic planning and execution to amplify our market presence and refine our digital lending services.
  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product innovation.
  • Collaborate with our technology team to advance our platform's capabilities, ensuring it remains intuitive and accessible to our users.
  • Champion operational improvements, streamlining processes for scalability and responsiveness as we navigate market expansions.
  • Lead cross-functional projects with a hands-on approach, promoting teamwork and aligning efforts with our strategic objectives.
  • Build and sustain relationships with key partners, navigating the complexities of the Nigerian financial landscape.
  • Analyze performance data, offering actionable insights to guide strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of BSc in business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Over 5 years of experience in strategic or operational roles, preferably within the FinTech or financial sectors, and a proven track record in a startup or dynamic business setting.
  • Exceptional ability to adapt to rapid changes, with a resilient and proactive mindset suited for the startup environment.
  • Robust analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, complemented by a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience leading diverse teams and managing multiple priorities.
  • Deep understanding of digital technologies and the Nigerian FinTech ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English and local languages being advantageous.

They provide financial intervention to individuals, whose periodic incomes are running low, to facilitate payments for essential goods and services.
