AI Everything Middle East and Africa – Egypt, taking place on May 11 – 13, 2026 in Cairo, will bring together a large-scale global ecosystem of more than 200 enterprises, 400 startups, 100 investors and participants from over 60 countries to explore the future of artificial intelligence (AI), emerging technologies, and their transformative impact across industries.
The event will open with a high-level summit and unfold into a two-day immersive exhibition designed to accelerate collaborative AI research and development (R&D), industrial applications, startup growth, global investment flows and digital skills development. Major technology companies, including Atos, Cyshield, HPE and IBM, will take part.
The event will spotlight AI use cases and frontier technologies across priority sectors aligned with Egypt’s national AI agenda and sector leadership unique to the country, including fintech, outsourcing and shared services, semiconductor design, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, manufacturing, digital health, energy, education, and digital public services.
More than 200 venture capitalists (VCs) will explore investment opportunities in Egyptian and regional startups. Furthermore, one of the region’s largest youth-tech academy will be launched, channeling fresh engineering talent into pilot projects and mentorship programs.
Organized by GITEX GLOBAL, the world’s largest technology, AI and startup event network, AI Everything Middle East and Africa – Egypt will be hosted by Egypt’s Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) in strategic partnership with the Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA).
